The hotel has a great rooftop pool and a friendly, helpful staff, but the noise from nearby events can be quite bothersome, especially at night. Breakfast is satisfactory, though a bit disorganized. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a fun getaway despite a few drawbacks.

We had a great time at this place with friends! We loved visiting Cancun for its amazing nightlife and shopping. The pool area is a perfect hangout, especially with live DJs on weekends. Don't miss out on parasailing. it’s a blast! Just keep in mind that breakfast options could be better.

One downside was that I left some belongings behind in our shared space because the staff didn’t handle my late stay properly. Unfortunately, my stuff got cleaned up and no one could help find it. Just be cautious with your things.
